(12 to 14 years or have completed one semester of Intro to Theater)
In this class students will learn what it means to become a performer! Students will learn how to correctly use their voices through projection and enunciation, how to use their body by creating stage presence and how to use their bodies to create a character, and how to use their imaginations to fully create the world of the play.
(9 to 18 years)
This is a great class for students who are interested in theater, but not sure that stage is for them. In this class students will learn what goes on behind the curtain such as costumes, props, lights, sound, and more!
(6 to 8 years)
Lets play! Students will learn how to put on a play using theater games, learning how to follow stage directions, building an ensemble, and focused listening. They will also learn about their Actor's Toolkit: body, voice, and imagination.
(9 to 12 years)
In Intro to Theater students will build on what they learned in Creative Drama by writing their own play! Students will learn basic theater and stage etiquette and write their own play using various improv and ensemble building games.
(Open to all ages)
Acting, singing, dancing, oh my! In this class students will learn how to become a triple threat! Students will learn the basics of musical theatre while learning music and choreography for a selection of songs.
(4 to 6 years)
Join us for this 45 minute class where we introduce the magic of theater and storytelling to your child. Your child will learn how to tell a story through theater games, imagination, focused listening, and exploring.
(5 to 18 years)
The circus is in town! NOVA has partnered with Montana Premiere Entertainment to bring the circus to NOVA. On the first night, students will be introduced to a variety of circus acts. They then will get to choose which skill they would like to focus on for the remainder of the series. The class will culminate in a full circus production for friends and family to enjoy!
